Rapid delivery by DHL and PostNL

Study material bought from will be delivered to your home on the following working day. Orders placed on Saturday before 23.59 will be delivered on Monday. If the study material you have chosen is not currently in stock, you can still place an order. An expected date of delivery is usually posted next to the item, so that you can make up your own mind whether to order it or not.

Delivery to your home or office, or collect your packet yourself.

During the ordering process you can select where you want your study material delivered. You can also choose whether your want your study material to be delivered to your home / invoicing address or whether you would like it delivered to another address. If you are not at home the delivery person will leave a card in your post box. The delivery person will try to deliver the package on the following day and will make two further attempts in the evening. You can also choose to collect your package yourself. You can collect your study material at Zeelandhaven 6, 3433 PL in Nieuwegein between 9.00 – 22.00.

You will receive a Track & Trace code to follow your order.

Online code

At we offer you online codes which give you access to online learning environments and online practice exams. As soon as we have confirmed your payment we will send you your online code via email to the email address you have given us. Most of the time you will receive the email with online codes within a couple of minutes. The online codes for accessing the learning environment and practice exams for tractor and boating licences will be sent via email on the next working day. There are also online codes which are sent through the post. The delivery method is indicated on the product page.

Questions about delivery

When will I receive the items I have ordered?
When you order and pay for an item before 23.59, we will hand the order to the delivery person directly. You will normally receive your order the next day at home. If you order on Saturday before 23.59 then your order will be delivered on Monday.

What happens if I am not at home when my delivery arrives?
If your order cannot fit through the letter box and you are not at home, then the delivery person will leave you a note. An attempt to deliver the packet will be made the next day and after that twice in the evening.

Who delivers the items I have ordered?
DHL and PostNL deliver you order, either through the letter box or as parcel delivery.

Can my item be delivered elsewhere?
Of course! If you would like your order to be delivered to a different address, you can indicate this during the ordering process. The delivery address does not have to be the same as the invoicing address.

Can I also collect my item?
You can also collect your order. The address of the collection point is is: Zeelandhaven 6, 3433 PL in Nieuwegein. You can collect your orders between 9.00 and 22.00.

I have received the wrong article!
Our staff try their utmost to avoid making delivery errors. Nevertheless it sometimes happens that you receive an item that you have not ordered. If this happens, get in touch with us and we will send you the right item as soon as possible!

I have not received a login code.
When your order has been received and processed you will receive an email with the login code for the online study material. You haven’t received an email? Check that our email with the login code has not ended up in your spam folder. No message in your spam folder either? Then please contact us.

What are the delivery costs?
Orders above € 35 are sent free of charge, otherwise delivery costs are € 2.99.
